Creekwater Collective is a group of young multi-instrumental bluegrass musicians from the Upstate of South Carolina. JonPaul Sepulveda: 16 years old from Travelers Rest in Upstate SC. JonPaul has had a love for music since he was a toddler, picking out tunes his grandmother (Mimi) showed him on her piano. He began taking piano lessons when he was 8 years old and has received numerous awards at both the state and national level for his renditions of well-known classical and jazz pieces, as well as for his own compositions. When he was 12, he began taking guitar lessons and quickly became immersed in the world of gospel, jazz, blues, and (especially) bluegrass music. As a guitarist, he has also received various awards throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. In addition to the piano and guitar, JonPaul also plays Alto Saxophone (in his school's band), bass guitar (for the school's Praise & Worship team), and mandolin. He plans to continue to advance in his musical pursuits, always seeking to give God honor and praise by using the gifts He has blessed him with. JonPaul sings lead and harmony, and plays guitar for Creekwater Collective.
